Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer handling skills, solid product knowledge, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other precious jewellery.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of jewellery collections, gemstones, diamonds, and current market trends.
Handle billing support, product inquiries, and after-sales service.
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and stock is well maintained.
Follow company policies regarding inventory, security, and customer service.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.





Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Mandatory).
Experience with reputed jewellery brands is preferred.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach.
Valuable knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Presentable personality with a qualified attitude.
Basic computer and billing system knowledge.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in leading jewellery brands such as Tanishq, CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Joyalukkas, Senco Gold & Diamonds, BlueStone, PNG Jewellers, TBZ, PC Jeweller, Jos Alukkas, Bhima Jewellers, or other reputed jewellery retailers will be preferred.

Compensation
Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹20,767.95 - ₹34,836.44 per month
