Hiring: Operations Manager – Cancer Day Care Centre

Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Cancer Day Care Centre.
Handle patient billing, cashless billing, and payment reconciliation.
Coordinate with Insurance/TPA companies for pre-authorizations and claim processing.
Ensure smooth patient registration, admissions, discharge, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments.
Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
Resolve patient queries and ensure a high standard of patient care and service.




Supervise front office and administrative staff to ensure productive operations.

Eligibility
Graduate (MBA/Hospital Administration preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations.
Hands-on experience in hospital billing, health insurance/TPA, and operations management is mandatory.
Valuable communication, leadership, and computer skills.
Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage.
