Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in interacting with Architects / Interior Decorators.
Ability to identify projects and work closely with project management teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and lead channel partners.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business growth.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
Promote company products and services to potential clients.




Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
Handle channel sales and distribution networks.
Plan and execute sales promotional activities.
Conduct customer visits / project visits and manage end-customer loyalty programs.
Oversee credit control and support new dealer / market expansion activities.
