We are seeking a skilled CNC VMC/HMC Machine Setter with hands-on experience in machine setup, programming support, and machining of aluminium components. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of carbide and PCD cutting tools and be capable of optimizing setup processes to improve productivity and reduce setup time.
Key Responsibilities
Perform machine setup for VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines.
Read, understand, and execute CNC machining programs.
Set up tools, fixtures, and work offsets for production.
Machine and handle aluminium components while maintaining quality standards.
Select and maintain carbide and PCD cutting tools for effective machining.
Monitor machining operations and make necessary setup adjustments.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on setup time reduction and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of VMC & HMC CNC programming.
Strong machine setup experience.
Knowledge of aluminium parts machining and handling.
Experience with carbide and PCD cutting tools.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to quality and workplace safety.
Pay: ₹13,397.70 - ₹35,259.90 per month
