Designation: Executive - Finance

Role & responsibilities
Ensure accurate booking and capitalization of fixed assets after proper verification with Purchase Orders, invoices, and supporting documents as per accounting policies.
Monitor and record all operational and administrative expenses with proper cost allocation and supporting documentation.
Verify and process employee reimbursement, travel, and accommodation expenses as per company policy and ensure timely accounting in books.
Track and account for management and other administrative expenses with proper approvals and documentation.
Manage vendor invoices and payment records, ensuring accuracy, duplication checks, and proper documentation before processing.
Monitor airline travel and other major operational expenses with validation and cost control measures.
Maintain proper tracking of vehicle loan EMIs and other scheduled payments with accurate accounting and reconciliation.
Ensure timely booking of all miscellaneous expenses with required approvals and proper supporting documents.




Perform periodic reconciliation of purchase records with GSTR ensure correct ITC claims and GST compliance.
Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation, trackers, and financial records for verification.
Identify discrepancies or process gaps in expense and vendor accounting and highlight the same for corrective action.

Key Requirements:
01 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (Freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts
Knowledge of GST / TDS will be an added advantage
Familiarity with MS Excel and basic accounting tools
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Commerce / Finance background (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
