You will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise staff, ensure high hygiene standards, and handle budgeting. The ideal candidate will provide nutritious, affordable meals while maintaining an effective and friendly dining workplace for students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage daily opening, closing, meal preparation, and counter services.
Staffing: Supervise, schedule, and train cooks, kitchen helpers, and cleaning staff.
Quality Control: Ensure strict food safety, hygiene, freshness, and taste standards.
Inventory: Order kitchen supplies, manage vendor relations, and track stock levels.
Finances: Oversee cash, track daily sales, and manage expenses.
Pay: ₹9,679.68 - ₹13,000.00 per month
