Responsible for transporting ready-mix concrete from batching plant to construction sites safely and on time, ensuring quality of material and proper vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and operate concrete truck (transit mixer) safely
Transport concrete from plant to site without delay
Position vehicle correctly for loading at batching plant
Deliver concrete to customer locations and unload using chutes
Check slump (quality of concrete mix) before and after delivery
Maintain coordination with dispatch team for delivery schedules
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection
Clean mixer drum and chutes after each trip
Ensure proper documentation (delivery challans, trip sheets)
Follow all road safety and site safety rules strictly
Handle customer interactions professionally at site
Requirements
Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license
Minimum 1–3 years experience in heavy vehicle driving
Experience in RMC / construction / tipper / mixer trucks preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Ability to read and follow delivery instructions
Positive driving record
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb truck and operate equipment multiple times a day
Lift and handle chute equipment (approx. 20–50 kg)
Work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, construction sites)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
