Job Title: Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM or sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities.




Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Relevant sales certifications will be an added advantage.

Positive attitude and self-motivated.
Solid presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
