We are seeking an experienced and energetic Project Manager to lead the development of a prestigious 5-Star Wellness Resort in Wayanad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury hospitality, resort, or large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the resort development project.
Manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and statutory regulations.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely procurement and productive resource allocation.
Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication among all project teams.





Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10–15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality developments.
Robust knowledge of construction practices, project planning, contracts, budgeting, and quality management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with local statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
