Role Description

The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing neural network architectures, implementing natural language processing solutions, conducting research on pattern recognition algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into software applications. The position also involves debugging, system testing, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in Python programming with solid software development fundamentals
Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Computer Vision, or related AI domains
Valuable understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Experience with model deployment using APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms




Familiarity with tools and libraries such as Git, Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, and REST APIs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented team environments
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain, LangGraph.
Positive understanding of backend development, including frameworks such as FastAPI and Django.
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, Vector Databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP.
Understanding of big data technologies and scalable systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
