Job Description: Vice President (VP) – Wealth Management Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President – Wealth Management to drive business growth by acquiring HNI/UHNI clients, expanding distribution partnerships, and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and achieve Wealth Management sales targets.
Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI, Corporate, and Institutional clients.
Build and grow business through Wealth Distribution Partners, Channel Partners, Authorized Persons (APs), and IFAs.
Identify, onboard, train, and support new distribution partners.
Promote Wealth Management products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity, Bonds, Insurance, IPOs, and Fixed Income Products.
Conduct portfolio reviews and provide investment solutions based on client requirements.




Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Coordinate with Research, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure excellent client service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Relationship Management.
Prior experience in a Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Banking organization is mandatory.
Proven track record in HNI client acquisition, business development, and channel partner management.
