The HR Manager will oversee the HR department and play a key role in recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position requires a dynamic individual who can align HR strategies with business goals and enhance the company's culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts.
Performance Management:
Establish and oversee the performance review process.
Provide coaching and support to managers in performance-related issues.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Promote continuous learning and career advancement prospects.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.




Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer payroll and employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
Prepare reports on employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and other key HR metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor law, and HR best practices.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
