We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate project operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction projects and the ability to handle site execution, planning, and reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor RCC work, finishing work, and overall site progress.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Check material quality and monitor material consumption.




Handle quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ verification.
Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects.
Knowledge of residential/commercial building construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Understanding of RCC drawings, structural drawings, and site execution.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.

Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently.
