Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a Voice Process role where you will communicate with prospective clients, explain our services, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through voice calls.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills




Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
Positive listening and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or business development is an added advantage.
