Operations and maintenance of packing plant, optimization of packing plant operations.

Job Description of Position Incumbent
Coordinate with loading contractors to ensure systematic and protected execution of operations.
Plan and execute maintenance activities, spare parts planning, and billing activities related to the packing plant, including wagon tippler, wagon loading, truck loading, HEMM, and locomotive operations.
Liaise with Indian Railways to ensure smooth movement of inward and outward rakes and effective DC management.




Coordinate continuously with loading contractors to maintain operational efficiency and safety standards.
Ensure training of all workmen as per required standards and operational procedures.
Carry out manpower planning and scheduling to support plant operations.
Prepare and manage shift schedules for workmen and staff to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Coordinate with the logistics team to achieve S&OP; targets.
Control packing bag inventory and coordinate with stores and purchase departments to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
Ensure implementation and compliance with all safety standards across packing plant operations.
