Schedule appointments for face-to-face or online consultations with immigration consultants
Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion ratio
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems
Explain documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and process timelines
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Resolve client queries and provide professional guidance
Coordinate with case processing and documentation teams
