We are looking for a energetic HR skilled to drive recruitment, HR operations, and compliance across our leading client in Aviation sector . This role offers exposure to corporate environments, with opportunities to travel and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
Position:Executive / Sr. Executive – Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
Manage onboarding, employee records, and payroll inputs
Implement and monitor PMS (Performance Management System)
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labour laws
Handle grievance redressal and employee engagement activities
Support HR operations across Kishangarh and Delhi locations
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
3–9 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliances
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Willingness to relocate and travel as per business requirements
Compensation: Budget flexible based on experience and last drawn salary.
Exposure to diverse HR functions across 2 corporate setups
