Identify the training needs of sales team and provide adequate support
Training need analysis to be conducted on periodically to understand the gaps
Conduct behavior & leadership trainings to the team
Providing support & guidance to trainees throughout the learning process.
Excellent communication skills & convincing skills
Passion for teaching & mentoring
Have experienced in solar market
