Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Mohali (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.
Handle employee documentation and HR records.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Familiarity with MS Office and HR tools is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Work Mode: Onsite – Mohali
Pay: ₹10,856.31 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
