Job Title: Inside Sales Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Lead to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for generating leads Pan India, communicating with customers on all the services and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting prospects into customers and maintaining solid client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for lead generation, a good understanding of the sales process and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, campaigns and other digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and pitch the appropriate services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM.
Schedule meetings for the Sales Team and contribute to the funnel movement.
Follow up with leads regularly to move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.




Collaborate with field sales teams to align on campaigns and lead follow-up.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets along with KPIs.
Stay updated with the trends and explore current verticals in pitching our services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Preferred from Corporate Catering (F&B;), Facility Management, IPCs & Leasing Industries.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
Familiarity with Prospecting or Lead Gen tools like Lusha, Mr. E etc. is a plus.
Familiarity with Campaigns, Online Sources for Lead Generation is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales process and customer management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹12,000,000.00 per year
