Position: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Location: Chhatarpur, Current Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
Contact leads generated through Sulekha, Placement India, Website, Social Media, and other sources.
Understand client requirements and explain immigration services.
Schedule appointments for counselors and immigration consultants.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Update lead status and call remarks in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for lead handover.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Customer Service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and build client interest.




Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Experience in Immigration, Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, or Service Industry will be preferred.

Compensation:

Salary + Attractive Incentives

Note: Prior experience in Immigration, Visa, PR, Study Visa, or Overseas Consulting will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
