Job Description
Develop data products, software applications, and data marts to collect, process, and analyze enterprise data.
Build algorithms and models to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights.
Design dashboards and user interfaces for data visualization and business reporting.
Validate and test data solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver business-ready data products.
Support Business Performance and Strategic Analytics initiatives.
Work closely with IT, architecture, and data platform teams to deploy scalable solutions.
Provide analytics support to retail, business, and wholesale banking teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of data product development and data mart design.
Expertise in Python and SQL (experience with R, SAS, or Spark is a plus).




Experience with machine learning, time series analysis, and optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with cloud data technologies (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Solid understanding of banking products (Retail, Business, and Wholesale preferred).
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Cloud certification is an added advantage.

Experience
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with end-to-end data product deployment.
Solid hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
Minimum of 3 years of banking data experience.
Experience deploying solutions across databases and cloud or server environments.
Exposure to APIs, web applications, and data integration frameworks.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments.
