Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for solar project materials such as PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers, BOS (Balance of System), and civil/electrical consumables.
Float inquiries, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements for vendor selection.
Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions with suppliers.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per approved terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure material availability as per BOQ and project plan.
Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Maintain procurement records, vendor database,



and purchase documentation in ERP systems.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements (GST, customs, etc.).
Manage logistics coordination for delivery at site (transport, warehousing, clearance).
Assist in cost control and budgeting by tracking purchase expenditures.
Support in vendor audits, approvals, and long-term rate contracts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
