Job Description – AC Technician / HVAC Technician

Daily HVAC Services is looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician / HVAC Technician to install, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and commission Split, Window, Cassette, Tower, Ductable, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, jet cleaning, chemical cleaning, and routine servicing.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
Carry out gas charging, refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing.
Install and replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, capacitors, thermostats, PCB boards, and other AC components.
Install copper piping, drain piping, insulation, brackets, and AC stands.
Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical control circuits.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.
Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.




Maintain professional behavior and provide excellent customer service during site visits.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in AC/HVAC installation and servicing.
Positive knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair AC faults independently.
Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
Residential and commercial HVAC maintenance.
VRV/VRF systems.
Preventive maintenance (AMC).
Refrigerant handling and leak testing.
Customer site service experience.
