Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lead Generation

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate current business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.

· Understand client requirements and introduce company products/services.

· Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

· Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.

· Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads.

· Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

· Prepare basic reports on daily and weekly activities.

Required Skills:

· Positive communication skills (English & Hindi).

· Basic knowledge of lead generation and sales process.

· Comfortable with cold calling and online research.

· Ability to work with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

· Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
