Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair Air Conditioners, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems, and Exhaust Systems.
Maintain compressors, motors, blowers, pumps, filters, and refrigeration components.
Carry out inspection and servicing of chillers, cooling systems, and ducting networks.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
Ensure minimum downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
Monitor HVAC equipment performance and maintain maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance schedules.
Support shutdown and emergency maintenance activities as required.
