We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.




Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and client requirements.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications.
Stay updated with the latest IT industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Applications, Cloud, AI, or Software Services is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
