Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Team Management
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Executives and Territory Sales Officers.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Organize training programs to improve team effectiveness.
Channel Management
Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
Ensure adequate stock availability and distribution coverage.
Resolve channel partner concerns and maintain solid relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare sales forecasts and territory plans.
Analyze sales performance and market data.
