The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining service standards, improving guest satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of all hotel departments.
Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards throughout the property.
Control operational costs and improve efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities.
Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
Ensure statutory, safety, and legal compliance.
Support recruitment,



training, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
