About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-backed marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize returns
Collaborate with the design and content team for creative assets
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
Valuable understanding of funnel marketing, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Own laptop is mandatory (bring your own device)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)
Experience with tools like Canva, SEMrush, or similar
Basic understanding of landing page optimization / CRO
Knowledge of email or WhatsApp marketing
