Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, build robust client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present company products or services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.





Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing are welcome to apply.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
