Oversee daily operations and workflow within the operation theatre to ensure timely surgical procedures.
Manage and allocate OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and support staff, to maintain adequate coverage.
Ensure all OT equipment, instruments, and supplies are available, sterilized, and functioning properly.
Monitor and implement infection control practices and safety guidelines as per hospital standards.
Coordinate with surgeons and anesthetists to schedule surgeries and prioritize emergency cases.
Maintain accurate records of surgeries, staff attendance, and OT inventory.
Lead training, performance reviews, and career development initiatives for OT personnel.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre staff.
Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
Monitor and assess the performance of the operating theatre team.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
