B2/C1 French Certification or Equivalent Mandatory
We are looking for a Software Installation Technician responsible for deploying client software throughout the product lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customer base consistently operates on the latest software versions.
Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) pour assurer des installations logiciels clients tout au long du cycle de vie du produit. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la garantie du maintien de notre parc client dans les versions logiciels les plus récentes.
Responsibilities
The Software Installation Technician is responsible for:
Installing the software in accordance with the deployment schedule
Communicating with customers throughout the installation process
Ensuring that hardware and software prerequisites are met on the client side
Following the technical installation documentation
Submitting requests for improvements to technical documentation in case of issues
Ensuring that the post-installation application workplace is fully operational
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Qualifications
French - C1 or equivalent certification (Fluent in written and spoken)
Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
in IT, Information Technology, or equivalent field
Technical Skills
Experience in system administration (Windows) and virtualized environments
Knowledge of networking, security, firewalls, and Active Directory
Soft Skills
Transparent communication (activity reporting via Teams, email, ticketing systems)
Solid analytical skills, team spirit, and decision-making ability
High level of reliability, organization, and quality awareness
Additional Assets - Desirable
AWS Cloud and/or Microsoft certifications
Knowledge of JIRA
Understanding of ERP systems and their processes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
