Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for online course inquiries.
Guide students about available courses and services.
Explain course details and advantages professionally.
Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
Convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain student data and daily call records.
Coordinate with the counseling and marketing team.
Resolve basic student queries related to courses and admissions.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
