Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate accurate sales invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Verify sales orders, dispatch details, pricing, GST, and customer information before billing.
Maintain daily sales billing records and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Reconcile sales invoices with dispatch and payment records to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to resolve billing-related discrepancies.
Maintain customer account records, outstanding reports, and billing documentation.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company accounting policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
Handle customer billing queries and provide timely resolution.
Support the Accounts team during audits, month-end closing, and financial reconciliations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com preferred) or any Graduate with an Accounts background.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Billing, Accounts, or Billing Operations.
Experience in ERP/Tally and GST billing will be an added advantage.
