Allocate jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all repair and painting jobs.
Inspect vehicles before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time of repairs.
Maintain proper documentation of job cards and repair records.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors and service advisors when required.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and materials.
Implement safety standards and maintain housekeeping in the body shop.
Train, guide, and evaluate technicians to improve performance.
Handle customer concerns related to body repair work.
Achieve body shop revenue, productivity, and quality targets.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
