SPES Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.
Relevant experience in hospital/building maintenance preferred.
Experience
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hospital equipment and utilities.
Monitor and maintain electrical systems, DG set, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, RO/STP/ETP, and other utility services.
Attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily maintenance logs and equipment records.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC/CMC services and repair work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
Support NABH compliance related to engineering and maintenance.
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, UPS, and utility maintenance.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and teamwork.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
