Bachelors 24 is looking for an experienced Chef Manager with expertise in Continental cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, capable of managing a kitchen team, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality Continental meals as per company standards.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Maintain consistency in food taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed.
Monitor inventory and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with management for smooth daily operations.
Train and guide kitchen staff when required.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Chef Manager.
Must have experience preparing Continental meals.
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Must be versatile to work day or night shifts as per business requirements.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Salary

₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on experience and skills.)
