Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate)
2–3 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Gold Loan Operations, or Branch Operations
Experience in customer handling and branch-level business management
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
Fluency in the local language and working knowledge of English

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate gold appraisal and valuation, including proper stone deduction and purity assessment.
Ensure adherence to KYC norms, customer onboarding processes, and company compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan approvals, processing, and disbursements.




Manage daily branch operations, documentation, audit readiness, and customer service activities.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions throughout the loan lifecycle.
Act as the branch point of contact and support branch performance objectives.
Generate business through customer acquisition, renewals, referrals, and relationship management.
Execute local marketing and field activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Maintain operational efficiency, cash handling accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
