Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UGC Video Script Writer / Creative Strategist to create high-converting video ad scripts for D2C brands.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of UGC content, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), and Direct Response Marketing. Freshers with exceptional creativity and a passion for advertising are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Write engaging and conversion-focused UGC video ad scripts.
Develop storyboards for video advertisements.
Understand client briefs and convert them into creative ad concepts.
Attend client discussions whenever required to understand campaign objectives.
Coordinate with internal production and post-production teams.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends in UGC content, social media, and performance marketing.




Contribute creative ideas that improve ad performance and conversions.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in content writing, script writing, advertising, or a related field.
Freshers with solid creative skills are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of UGC Ads and Performance Marketing.
Excellent written communication skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience writing UGC ad scripts.
Knowledge of D2C marketing.
Understanding of Instagram and Facebook advertising.
Experience in video production or creative content is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be based in Mumbai.
Must be available for full time employment.
Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Passion for digital marketing and advertising.

Work Schedule
Work Type: Work From Home (Hybrid in the future)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
