Join Our Manufacturing Team

We are seeking an experienced and agile Production Manager to oversee and streamline jewellery manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of jewellery production processes, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end jewellery production.
Monitor daily production targets and ensure on-time order completion.
Coordinate with CAD, CAM, casting, polishing, stone setting, QC, plating, and packing departments.
Optimize production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency.
Maintain high standards of product quality and craftsmanship.
Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines.
Prepare production reports,



analyze performance, and implement process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification.
5–10 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing, with at least 4–6 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery production processes.
Experience in production planning, team management, and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/production management software is an advantage.
