Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible for managing billing operations, handling payments accurately, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency at the café.

Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers courteously and assist with billing
Generate bills and enter orders accurately into the system
Handle cash, UPI, card, and other digital payments responsibly
Verify bills and ensure pricing accuracy
Process refunds or corrections as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter
Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies
Respond to customer queries related to billing or orders
Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times
Inform supervisors of any issues or customer concern

Requirements and Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Positive communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Candidates from Kerala preferred
Candidates from Kannur, Kasaragod, Kozhikode and Wayanad preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
