Job Description :
Conduct site investigations to ensure feasibility of proposed projects
Create detailed blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates for proposed projects
Ensure that all construction complies with building codes and regulations
Manage and oversee the work of other specialists, such as architects and construction workers
Investigate and analyze problems, developing appropriate solutions
Review project documents for completeness and accuracy before construction begins
Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with client requirements
Provide technical expertise and advice to the team as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing platforms).
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Preferred:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms (eg., Zoho Books)
