Roaming Routes Holiday is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Junior Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning memorable domestic and international vacations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about travel destinations, packages, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel itineraries.
Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and package proposals.
Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, sightseeing, and transport bookings.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking details.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
Resolve customer concerns professionally before, during, and after travel.
Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and industry trends.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
