Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to support our hiring needs in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of recruitment and hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring requirements.




Coordinate with the HR team for offer release and onboarding formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with Naukri and Indeed job portals.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Positive organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1 - 2 years of recruitment experience.
Exposure to hiring for the Interior Fit-Out, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
