The Real Estate Sourcing Executive or Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying, evaluating, and sourcing suitable commercial or residential properties that align with the organization's expansion and investment objectives. The role involves developing relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other stakeholders while conducting market research and negotiating property opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential properties based on business requirements.
Conduct market research to identify current real estate opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
Visit sites to evaluate property suitability, accessibility, and commercial potential.
Gather and verify property documents, ownership details, and legal information.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams during the acquisition process.
Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and brokers.
Prepare property presentations, feasibility reports, and comparison analyses.




Maintain an updated database of available properties and market intelligence.
Track competitors' expansion activities and emerging market opportunities.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, or business development.
Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or residential real estate is preferred.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and property valuation.
Ability to analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
Positive presentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Ability to travel frequently for property visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
