A Payroll Executive is responsible for managing and processing employee salaries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role requires solid attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records including attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions
Calculate wages, overtime, incentives, and final settlements
Handle payroll-related queries from employees
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with HR and finance departments for employee data updates
Ensure proper documentation.
Manage employee advantages, reimbursements, and deductions
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
