Business Development Manager (Wedding & Events)

Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and results-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the wedding and events sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development, with a focus on building relationships and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our wedding and events services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Conduct presentations and negotiations to close business deals effectively.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare reports on marketing activities and business development performance.

Qualifications




5–10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Prior experience in Weddings, Events, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, or Lifestyle Industry preferred.
Robust network and relationship-building capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close business.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented professional.
Existing network within wedding, luxury, hospitality, or corporate sectors will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
