The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety guidelines, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction work at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labor productivity and coordinate with contractors and workers.
Maintain quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.
Check material usage and report shortages or site issues.
Maintain daily site progress records and report to the reporting engineer.
Ensure compliance with safety practices and company policies.
Assist in timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
