Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support chefs and cooks during service hours
Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
Help with dishwashing and waste management
Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Requirements
No formal experience required (training can be provided), but prior kitchen experience is a plus
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment safely
